san jose was chilly at 44. 51 n san francisco and 41 in livermore. we have a slight offshore breeze and that's important in fairfield. we have thick fog into sacramento and some of that now is spilling westward through solano county through contra costa. that's the reason why we have a fog advisory out towards the central valley. the storm track is off to the north and that's where it's going to stay. the weather system is bringing rain north of eureka and we will slide further to the south and see extra clouds and a stronger sea breeze. a slight cool down in temperatures and showers north ofeureka. the high pressure will keep us dry and weaken some by tuesday, but wednesday is the big change. storm track will drop to the south and a powerful area of low pressure will be sitting offshore for two to days and could fan big waves our way and head periods of rain returning and off and on thursday into friday. enjoy the outdoors this weekend and early next week, big changes on wednesday. here's a look at the fog. through mid-to late morning towards tracy
